La Biblioteca y Centro de Documentación y Archivo del INCAA es una Unidad de Información Documental especializada en cine y artes audiovisuales, de acceso público. Suministra a sus usuarios la más variada y completa información de temas directamente relacionados con el cine y las artes audiovisuales, para poder responder a una gama amplia de consultas. Está ubicada en la planta baja del edificio de la ENERC, en Moreno 1199.
Las consultas pueden ser efectuadas también al teléfono/ fax (4383-2622 int.117) o vía correo a biblioteca@enerc.gov.ar.

Objetivos
La Biblioteca en la ENERC tiene como objetivo central colaborar y apoyar la tarea de enseñanza-aprendizaje que realiza la institución, suministrando a instructores y alumnos los textos necesarios para perfeccionar sus conocimientos.

Sus acciones son:
• Atención al Público y Servicio de Referencia: La Biblioteca cuenta con catálogos impresos de temas, de autores y de títulos y un terminal de PC donde también se puede consultar la colección de libros, la base de datos de estrenos argentinos y la Videoteca.

El Servicio de Referencia - ofrecido por personal capacitado- es fundamentalmente para orientar a los usuarios que no estén familiarizados con el ámbito del audiovisual.
• Préstamo en Sala: Contra la presentación del documento de identidad, se presentan los libros para su consulta en sala.
• Préstamo Circulante: Este servicio sólo se presta a alumnos y docentes de la ENERC. La duración máxima de un préstamo es de 3 (tres) días hábiles, con posibilidad de renovación.
• Préstamo Interbibliotecario: Se practica con bibliotecas del área metropolitana.
• Elaboración de bibliografías o videografías: Se elaboran listados bibliográficos o videográficos a pedido de los usuarios. Se entregan en papel, disquete (suministrado por el interesado) o se envían por correo electrónico.
• Consultas por correo electrónico: Este servicio se usa con instituciones y usuarios del interior y del exterior del país.
• Boletín de Novedades Bibliográficas: Cada bimestre, se envía a los usuarios interesados el listado de Novedades Bibliográficas a través del correo electrónico.
• Traducciones: Se realizan periódicamente traducciones de manuales técnicos de cámaras de cine o de otros equipos. Éstos son seleccionados por el personal docente de la ENERC, según sus necesidades y las de los alumnos.

The library (and INCAA`s Center of Documentation and Archive) is a Documental Information Unit specialized in cinema and audiovisual arts. The Library supplies to the users the most assorted and complete information about themes directly related with cinema and audiovisual arts, to answer all the queries.

Objectives:
The Library`s aim is to colaborate and support the learning-teaching task of this institution, supplying to the instructors and students all the needed texts to improve their knowledge.

Actions:
• Public attention and reference service: the library counts with printed themed catalogs (by author and title) and a main-computer to consult the book collection, new released argentinian books database, and the video library.
The reference service -offered by prepared staff- is fundamentally to guide the non-familiarized-users to the audiovisual area. • Library Book Borrow: with the ID presentation, books can be borrowed for a consulting at the library.
• Library Circulatory Book Borrow: this service is only for ENERC students and instructors. The borrow duration is for 3 (three) working-days, qith the option of renewal.
• Inter-libray loan: service with metropolitan libraries.
• Bibliography or Videography elaboration: Bibliography or Videography elaboration Lists according to the user orders. They cand be delivered printed, on a diskette (property of the user) or sent by email.
• Consults by Email: This service is used with institutions and users (far from 50 km from Buenos Aires -nationally and internationally).
• Bibliographic Realeases Bulletin: every two months, a list of new releases are sent to interested users by email.
• Translations: translations of cinema cameras and several equipments technical manuals are made; with previous selection by the ENERC`s instructors according to their and students needs.
